2) What Suggest is (and isn't)

Suggest provides educational and personal development content.

It is not medical, mental health, or financial advice. If you need help, talk to a qualified professional. Results aren't guaranteed.

3) Your account

To use Suggest, you provide a first name and email.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suggest to:

• Harm yourself or others
• Break the law
• Harass, threaten, or exploit others
• Attack, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Access data that isn't yours

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5) Your content and generated content

• You own the content you submit.
• Suggest generates content based on your inputs. It may be inaccurate or not a fit for your situation.
• You give us permission to store and process your inputs and generated content to provide the service.

6) Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are offered. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
Charges are handled by our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

7) Our intellectual property

The Suggest web app (design, code, brand, and service) is owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or resell it without permission.

8) Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep Suggest available, but we can't guarantee uptime.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Suggest is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Hong Kong.
